Please read these Terms carefully before using blueriverauto.com or engaging services of Blue River Auto Sales & Rentals LLC. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Blue River Auto Sales & Rentals LLC provides vehicle sourcing through the Manheim Dealer Auction network and vehicle rentals via the Turo platform. We act as an intermediary and do not take ownership of vehicles; all purchases require client approval.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our services.
The $300 deposit is generally non-refundable once vehicle sourcing commences. Exceptions may be considered if we cannot locate a matching vehicle or if the vehicle does not match agreed specifications prior to bidding. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@blueriverauto.com.
We will not purchase any vehicle without explicit prior approval from the client. Full vehicle details including condition report, photos, mileage, history, and complete cost breakdown will be provided before any bid is placed.
Manheim fees are separate from Blue River Auto's service fee and vary based on vehicle purchase price, type, auction location, and additional services. Clients are responsible for all Manheim fees, which are disclosed before purchase.
Vehicle transport is coordinated through third-party carriers. Estimated delivery timelines are provided but not guaranteed. Vehicles are fully insured during transit. Risk transfers to the client upon delivery.
Vehicles are pre-owned and sold "as-is" per Manheim's standard terms. Blue River Auto makes no warranties regarding vehicle condition. We rely on Manheim's condition reports.
Blue River Auto's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total service fees paid for the specific transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
